This is a gorgeous penthouse and I love the textures,artwork and that floating marble staircase is beautiful. I think I would use that upper room as some sort of game/bar area because it leads to that great view outside or maybe just keep it the way it is. I don't think you can lose either way and I have to say that this property, it's gorgeous view and outside balcony lounge area is one fit for a King. Thanks for another great tour.

Rainfall Marble really pulls together the first floor. The second floor is a great activity area. The indoor either a snooker/billiards table or a dancesport studio/ballroom. The left lounge for quiet conversation and potted plants. The right lounge for loud karaoke to be added to the bar. Lap pool and sundeck are great. All together for the posh life.

Nicely made video, I like the Intracoastal view with the park yachts. I like the penthouse white living room, I like the white marble kitchen with the white cabinet. I like the big balcony with the view of the Intracoastal, skyscrapers, and the ocean, I like the master bedroom, the master bathroom with the freestanding tub. Last I like the beautiful transparent pool.

Every week you have me putting my house up for sale and spending money I don't have Peter. My wife and I both love Miami, we actually had our honeymoon there and fell in love with the place. If it were easier to get in to the US we'd live there in a heart beat. Another great video Peter. I think i prefer the view of this property than those that look directly out to sea.
