This house has probably the best floor plan out of all the houses. My favourite part is how guests can go directly to the backyard without having to go through the living room. I find backyard access through living rooms invasive of privacy tbh. Love the thoughtfulness on the floor plan!

Minimalist/bad decoration and the design isn't that great. a lot of space was wasted with this design and some materials are either cheap or not so good looking like some marbles they used. I believe if I had the money I would buy it for the space and house estructure, but I would change the whole design.

This is a very zen home. I really like the clean lines, the cedar accents, and the uncluttered rooms. Then there is the incredible location. The sounds of the waves have to add to the overall calming, relaxed atmosphere of the home. Thanks guys.

This "Zen home" - I sort of get what you are alluding to stylistically. On the other hand, nothing could be less "Zen" than a 50 million dollar home in a gated community with security guards and surrounded by other homes of such conspicuous wealth and privilege. I mean, could you get a Zen Master (Dashi, Inka Shomei, Roshi, Sensei) to consider for even one second -- living here? To be fair, this isn't a very "Christian" home either.

@@Snowbirdin I’m not being critical of his efforts, skills or talent. My comment is in the form of constructive criticism. I am an senior executive and spent 40 years training professional sales people. The Cardinal rule is let the client tell you what they want. While I understand these are infomercials, they are still sales pitches. There are significantly more effective ways of highlighting and presenting features of the property and house without personalizing it. When you keep telling people what you like, you lose the ability to let the consumer decide what they like, basically you minimize the buyers interest. Lastly, the 1.25m subscribers are their to view the properties not the host.

I wasn't going to spend 30 minutes on a house viewing which I can't afford in this lifetime, but, somehow, I got hooked to seeing the video all the way through. By the way, the property really looks hip at night. That combo of white, dark brown, and dark turquoise is so fab. Kudos to the interior designer whose choice of materials, appointments, and colors is superb. I wonder about the purpose of a chef's kitchen area. I suppose it's kind of a glorified food pantry.

Money can get a lot of things in The States, maybe, but not in other parts of the globe though, not a lot of countries around the world can afford to build houses like that. Even in the UK and Australia, I don't see many homes as modernized as the States over here. You guys got beautiful modern houses everywhere especially the ones on your channel, Enes, Truly 👍

I echo what many others have already said - the houses are way to close for my liking. I wouldn't purchase a property that close to neighbors houses for $300,000 let alone for nearly 50 million.

I'm like a puppy with a wagging tail every week watching Enes's tours. What I've discovered is that the higher the price doesn't guarantee being more impressed. I have watched properties less than half the price and want to click the buy button. For $48,850,000, everything would have to be perfect but I wasn't blown away by the interior design and color scheme.
