After looking at some of the comments, I'd just like to add, I think Mikey's added commentary & dialogue makes for a much better video. Contrary to what anyone else says. Enes does an incredible job & I'd still love & watch the videos even if Mikey didn't exist & Enes did all the commentary alone. That being said, it's nice to get someone else's opinions & viewpoints. The back & forth banter makes it more enjoyable & entertaining to watch. You guys do a great job & out of all the channels like this you're by far my favorite. OMG this home is incredible from the time you pull up. The gardens are just beautiful an majestic. The colors an textures used throughout give this home such a stunning appeal. But I must say this home just ignites at night when all the lights come on. It just transforms this home into a whole other world. The beach views an access are top notch. I could live there very comfortably.

You really do tour some of the best properties around the world, Enes. This house is a minimalist's dream with access to those lovely beaches. Like you can literally wake up and just put on some swim gear and just walk to the beach and take a swim in the morning before you start your day in Oil Nut Bay. Impressive. Not sure if it was mentioned in the tour as I had the sound off for some of it, but I'd put money on the architect having been exposed to a lot of Japanese architecture. This is very much a modern, take on a Samarai house. I love it.

I really love the vibe this house gives. The art installation Search for Enlightenment is truly amazing. They did an incredible job with the generosity in size of the secondary bedrooms. It was also great to see tubs in all the bedrooms. Nowadays u see these $50-$100mil homes where u might have 2 tubs at most in some of them. I get that for cleanliness most ppl shower most of the time, but sometimes it's nice to soak in a tub or if you're injured & can't stand in the shower a tub comes in handy. Anyway I digress. I wasn't a huge fan of the kitchen, but in a home like this it doesn't really matter bc you're probably spending most of your time outside. Overall it's a great house, but it is one where you're literally paying for the views. Cause I can guarantee if that exact same home was listed here where I live you wouldn't even get a third of the price. That being said if I could afford it, I'd pay that kind of money & more to wake up to that view everyday

Great property overall. The only thing I’m not keen on, are the identically styled and laid out bedrooms & bathrooms. Having each one slightly differently styled with more unique materials and finishes would of been classier and more suitable to a property of this price range.
