I don't think the interior is bad. Some of us are interested in old fashioned houses that feel homely and nostalgic. For instance, Naomi Campbell's Coast estate has a similar old school feel and I think it's fabulous! Good job as always bro, glad to see you gaining subs!

I love the outdoors... The space outside is exquisite. However, the house is outdated... Most of the bedrooms are not ensuite and I feel as though the inside lacks some sort of flow... I don't know how else to put it.

This is a lovely home except there are certain features of the house that don't make sense. 1st of all, for a house of this magnitude, there should be a GRAND entrance from the front door. 2nd, why would you need a waiting room? This is your house. There's no reason to have a waiting room. 3rd, the garage needs to be completely sealed. The reason why you seal a garage is carbon monoxide from the car will definitely sip into the house. Unfortunately also the house is built with thick stone walls that cannot be easily modified. Finally, the windows look like they were done by some Juakali somewhere in Kikomba. Just pointing out the obvious from such a very expensive house. But overall, beautiful house

Am always wondering why you write all this things as if the house is nothing but a big joke. Like you mention about juakali people from gikomba. I think they so such amazing work. And also I have been wondering why at times we hate this houses (generally) yet most of them are occupied. Are the Rich People stupid, dumb or rather blind 🤔? Anyway I respect your feedback and this house is no longer in the market. We got a Client immediately after I uploaded. I hope they enjoy their stay

@@priterhomesrealestate Like I previously said, I'm not hating the houses. I'm simply pointing out some of the things I wish Kenyan home builders would change. I love Juakali people very much and I support products made by them. Everytime I travel to Kenya, yes I purchase quit a bit of products but what I'm saying is that if a house cost well over a million US dollars, then it deserves one piece insulated windows instead of the windows where the window glazing is not even straight. If the glazing on the windows are done to perfection then the house would be perfect. The houses you show are some of the greatest masterpieces around but minor little details needs to be observed and not in a hateful manner. Once you've reached this level of success and this is the house you buy, I think just paying attention to minor details should not be offensive.

Totally agree with you about the cheap looking windows....Nice exquisite property but the owners did some cheap looking finishing including the "chandeliers " and the quality of the paint..... I expected better wow factor seeing the size of the property & it's location!!!!!!
