Some of the old style materials are easy to get hands on if you repurchase. But I bet they paid top dollar to have it all hand crafted instead of taking out of an existing home or whatever. It seems like 15% of their materials could've been about 90% cheaper had they just bought a couple of 1920's mansions up in the northeast.

This is the best Florida episode you’ve done! Often times European inspired homes (especially Italians) tend to be gaudy without authenticity and too extravagant and ornamented without taste. But this one really showcases the best of Italian features and architectural elements. The meticulous woodwork, stonework, metalwork, artwork, and even the staging all flow well and are carried out painstakingly. This obviously is not for someone with floating vanity and waterfall edged countertop in mind who buys this house. But I can picture someone who truly respects all the time and effort to complete this property ultimately owning it. Bravo.

Whoa! What a masterpiece! So much attention to detail! Best home I've seen! students of architecture and design should have the opportunity to see this home. It is so easy to mess up this design so that it feels overwhelming but the owner did a fantastic job. It's perfect!

To live in a mansion would be awesome, but to live in THIS mansion is beyond my wildest dreams. Simply FABULOUS and GRAND. Very nice presentation of the most beautiful building in Florida I'm sure. You hit a homerun on your first showcase tour there. So glad I subscribed to your channel. Keep up the fantastic work!

My first thought was how can anyone watch that TV above the fireplace from that curved sofa - they would have to look straight up. That space requires a linear or rectangular sofa with chaise ends and/or recliners in each seat to tilt the viewers back in order to watch that TV.

This is the most amazing home I've ever seen. Normally, mega mansions are as tacky as the people that build them, but everything in this house is magnificently well done and well thought out. While the house is very ornate, it finish out is uniform and proportionate to the house's grandeur. The owners have amazing taste.

Can you just imagine the type of money you'd have to possess to own a home like this? The craftsmanship is what you're paying for in this home. The paintings and the furniture and the kitchen are just beautiful. The owner must be mega rich.

I find the Tahoe lake mansion ( shown on this channel only ) way more sophisticated and cozy than this one. Also, the Huge axse ranch video ( in CA ) of 50 minutes. Those two take the cake among Enes' videos.

I agree apart from that room with the games in
@theblackswordsman99513 жыл бұрын
@@smalltownsessions2072 Yeah instead of the machines i'd have a bigger poker table on the right and a pool table on the left. Would also have a steam and sauna room where the Poseidon statue is or convert that large empty room into overlooking the backyard into them (just seems a bit useless and there are already so many bedrooms), then have a staircase up to them from the open lower area. Other than that i love everything about the place. So much to it and the architecture and attention to detail is amazing. Honestly i think this is the most impressive architecturally of all the ones i've seen so far. Seems to have thought of everything and actually thought about the needs/wants of people who'd live there.

Of course i would switch out the countertops in the kitchen so its not so white and maybe add some color to the gym room. But overall, marvelous home. I've seen a lot of properties on this channel, but I'd have to say this is probably my all time favourite. Absolutely stunning in every aspect & worth every penny. Unfortunately, I couldn't afford the door handle on the front door, but hey, I can dream. Aside from the $80m price tag, could you imagine the ongoing cost of maintenance, gardners, house keepers? Of course, if you could afford the house, those are minor details. Amazing.
