Hi Teddy, I don't think there is a door from the garage to the hallway of the home, otherwise we would have shown it. Garages are often locked up in show homes ;)

Space is premium in the UK so sometimes the spaces that people don't spend the most time in are designed just to meet the minimum requirements. If more buyer's requested this then developer's would increase corridor sizes, but smaller corridors are common in UK homes.

Can I ask why you british like those things so much? They are kinda ugly don’t ya think? A big glass half hexagon tacked onto the back of British homes and for what? Letting in light? Demolishing the doors between the foyer and living room, and livingroom and kitchen would let in so much more light and make it a nice open floorplan space or a closed plan without doors depending on if you demoed the walls or not. I just don’t get why you guys make fake open floorplans in the back while closing everything off with doors ?!

Hi Damian, I'm confident that if more small scale developers who could build quality properties for budgets in which they can afford, people would choose to buy them. At the moment, it's not a buyer's market so people are just happy to get on the property ladder.
