I especially love the lower level which contains the entertainment section. The waterfall, Bar, theater and lounge. That would be my favorite spot. I love all the LED Light Strips and chandeliers as well 💫

JP, glad to see you getting access to more high end properties. Aaron and Kurt are incredible guys. The materials, fit and finish are incredible! The staging is on point (the Giraffe at the entry was nice while it lasted). I would trade one of the firepits for a spa, and one of the pizza ovens for a grill. Also, with the two front facing terraces, I would prefer privacy shrubs at the street. Still, very well done!!

Lovely house, but I really wish you wouldn’t skimp on the details - the bathroom on the basement floor, the master water closet (with the tv) would’ve been really nice to see, and one of the entire top floor bedrooms - all mentioned but not shown for some reason

Very nice home. Wish you would have included a night tour. I know you can't always schedule a day and night tour. If that's the case, tour at dusk so you have a balance between day and night.

The idea of watching a home tour, is actually feel like you're walking through the home and in my opinion is better when you understand where is what.... All that edition cuts frustrated the tour. For me, in Arquitecture matter, distribution is more artistic than finishes.

Is there a pool bathroom? If so, does it have a shower for rinsing off before going inside? Don't necessarily need to show it (or just put it on a B-roll_ but it would be helpful to at least mention if there is a pool bath. And if there is no pool bath, then at least just say there isn't one so it won't seem as if you overlooked it.

Could he at least try to present these houses with a less monotone voice? I am already tired of watching after 5 minutes because he seems to talks like a robot in the same tone. I am not trying to offend or anything. But I've watched older videos of him where he would givebetter tours, his voice was better, the way he would talk. Now he just goes on and on with his monotone voice. I've not been able to watch the new videos entirely because of it. So it is just a positive criticism if you can take it this way.

90049 is Brentwood, not Bel Air. I really wish that you would stop with the hyperbole. Contemporary is not “futuristic”. For the love of God, stop being fascinated with soft, close drawers. That’s pretty much standard at this level and going gaga over it is amateurish. Sorry, one more thing: you like to use the word private, quite a bit in your videos. It is something to consider, it’s a house, it will be somebody’s home. Of course everything inside the house is private. The Publix not gonna come in and use the gym because it’s on private property. The opposite of private is public, and nothing in any house that you’re gonna tour. Is public.
