As a realtor what you do is NOT EASY especially with the size of these mansions!! I could watch your videos all day and never be bored. FYI: The first thing I do when showing a home and reach the kitchen and/or bathroom, I check to see if the drawers are “soft close!!.” Next to soft close drawers, the pot filler is my next favorite. I love the entrance from the outside, love all the furniture and deco style, love everything in the basement, the pool is so big i love it with the water fall incredible feature to add, the whole backyard is amazing actually especially the sitting area outside, the led lighting everywhere, also the bedrooms the marble work and the bathrooms, the big walk in closet🔥🔥🔥

Thank you for the video, I found out that investing is not for everybody, you just need a strong stomach too see your portfolio go down. It might be wiser for a novice to start with copy trading investing, but it is not easy. To invest in growth stocks it is another level, definitely you need to know what are you doing.

From my own point of view, you need to invest smartly if you need the good things of life. so far i've made over $255k in raw profits from just 6 months into the market from my diversified portfolio strategy and i believe anyone can do it you have the right strategy, mutual funds takes long time but investing smartly is the key for short term. Most of us tend to pay more attention to the shiniest position in the market to the cost of proper diversification.

@@kendrickjibson222 My portfolio is very much diversified so it's not like i have a particular fund i invest in, plus i dont do that by myself. i follow the trades of Mrs Karen Gaye Gray. She is a popular broker you might have heard of. I can correctly say she's worth her salt as a financial advisor as her diversification skills are top notch, because i see that in her results as my portfolio grows by averages of 10 to 15% on a monthly basis, unlike i can say for my IRA which has just been trudging along, my portfolio just mirrors what she trades and not just on some particular industries of my choosing.

Yes, exactly. It's all programmatic and automated, plus it's relatively much easier to set up and connect my accounts than creating a financial plan and drafting investment strategies myself, my account just mirrors her trades in realtime.

Those open doors to outside won’t last long once you get your first bat, mouse, rats or other critters inside tracking down those food odors. Not to mention the flys, so I won’t. It’s like they are waiting in the shrubs, because…well, they are! This is a beautiful home, perhaps too “corporate” in it’s vibe. As you drive along the street, there are many of these luxury homes very, very close together, but it is amazing how deep the properties are and how much living space is designed inside. I really love the front of this property and how it belies the modern interior. Need to put a hand rail on those pool steps as they are slippery for adults, and maybe some treds on the steps…..just sayin.

Keep your voice louder because I watch your videos in my studio and sucks having to turn it down when music plays and turn it up when you start talking. Boost up your voice. One of the reasons that I keep coming back to this channel is how easy you guys make it for us to visualize the house. From the aerial shot that helped me get a good idea of how the driveway goes all the way to the backyard, all the way to the primary bedroom shots, I always get a good idea where I am in the house. I visualize a formal party, a rock party or family living there. Congratulations!
