Nice presentation, however, the washrooms are a big NO. Can't people learn to separate the toilet and bathroom with cubicles. I hate it when water pours all over the toilet. Watu wa Thika road like to combine toilets and bathrooms, sijui who adviced them aki. This is a home not rental so why combine?

House is good lighting is great, no showering "equipments" seen. Toilets in bedrooms are messed up, if your mother in law comes to visit she can't fit in those! God forbids she has a fall! From your kitchen you can monitor everything your neighbor is doing. Parking for 6 cars sitting on each other! House ous great in a very tiny piece of land! For that amount!

The Guest bedroom has a toilet 👍the bath room(shower) sijaona. N if it's there that space is very small meaning you have2dry the toilet after every shower(a shower Cabin was a better option 10m int a joke)But the space CLDNT allow.That space ya fridge!! When I went to a village in Italy🇮🇹, I found that they don’t have washbasins in their toilets.
