Now this is stunning! Much better than the 16 million villa. This has soul, its classy, elegant, luxurious yet cozy. Love the artwork also! No need to change anything , exept I would change the badminton court to a tennis court. Also gym need better/ more equipment. The pool is stunning. Also you are the best presenter out of all Thai property channels. And you clearly CAN play basketball! Cheers from Finland

I've been watching your videos for a minute and 70% of these properties are pretty nice. However, the one gripe I have is I don't get why some of these expensive properties have such crap appliances. Is it hard to get the good appliance brands in Thailand? Are they not available? I mean if the property is worth 1.5 million, you should get Bosch or if you're willing to spend a bit more you can get Miele or Thermador. If you have a property that's worth 10 million or more then you should definitely get Gaggenau. This property is listed for 17 million, but it has Smeg, which is just insulting. Maybe I'm being an appliance snob, but having Smeg appliances is like buying this property and then parking a garbage Fiat in the driveway.

I agree with you. Also, for such an expensive property with a private beach, no jet ski shed, no interior decor, just plain and boring furniture, the swimming pool with black tiles? It's so ugly, light blue is the only way to go.

The house is beautiful but that driveway needs some work and the cheap hot tub and shower are eyesores. Also, for 17 million you think the landscaping would be impecable but its just average. I've seen better yards in the suburbs. Definately needs some work and upgrades but is a good start. For that money it should be flawless like you.

A lot/most of this type of stuff is marine grade or designed for use outside. That said, when there's bad weather due there's usually somewhere close by for the owners or their staff to store it

There are no private beaches. I see that they’ve grown trees and bushes to block access but there is nothing to stop a boat arriving and people sitting on the beach .
