Wow I did not want this house tour to end. If I saw this on a property site I would probably think it is unreasonably priced as gorgeous as it is. But listening to the architect gives me a completely different perspective. The story telling literally turned the house into a home beautiful pieced together. The rich colors and rough to masonry textures makes the house feel like it could be anywhere in the world. Exquisite 👌

This house tour was out of this world, the tour it’s self the presentation, the architect himself , the questions everything was perfect The music section was as perfect , I’m speechless. If I had R32m I’d buy it on the spot without being there physically that’s how well you represented it. Well done you have gained you self a subscriber. I known this house and I know the actual address. The house was actually renovated and it did not look like this before. As usual Cimato Moroldo Architects did an outsanding job on this house. So far one of best channel that is touring homes in africa. However i think you guys should consider doing an intial walkthrough then rewatching and rehearsing and making changes. This video felt like a rough draft, there were way too many guesses about what things were and not enough confidence. Also camera man and tour guide need to be more in sync, you guys need to slow it down and hand select the best details. You flew through parts of the tour and sped through others. Seriously guys I am impressed. The intro was so captivating. I hope these suggestions arent taken too harshly.

But what almost brings me to tears and boils my blood is the fact that you don't see Black Africans building and selling these magnificent homes throughout South Africa! I never see them! It seems impossible that they could get squeezed out of such a lucrative opportunity to build wealth in their own backyard!! How is this even possible!

A marble look tile or faux marble tile in a 32 mill House......I'm sure it's marble tiles? So are these houses for sale or are you guys simply making tours of houses. Let's switch up the "WE HAVE" at times with "HERE ARE" or "WE FIND IN THIS AREA" ...because the constant use of "WE HAVE" makes the video seem 1 dimensional.
