Nice, but why did the shots from the street never show the street level entrance to the home? I had to go to google maps to see the horrible fence. Great home, but an uninviting arrival. The fence needs to go.

Maybe I don't understand interior design, but this house, especially the kitchen, doesn't scream $16 million dollar townhouse. This kitchen needs a lot of help. This was originally listed for $22 million in 2016 and it doesn't look like it has sold, so I guess 8 years later, $6 million less, maybe it'll sell. The location isn't really that good. Yes it's Lennox Hill, but it's a $16 million townhouse next to Park Ave, whereas everyone who has money wants to live next to, or on Central Park... I understand we're in a tough real estate market, but you'd hope people would be realistic, or at the very least invest in the renovation to bring a property to a $16 million price point.
