Im honestly shocked at the fact that the vast majority of people who watch your videos are not subscribed, I watched Ryan Sehant, Eric conover, etc but once I ran into Enes channel I’ve been a hooked and now this is all I truly enjoy watching. People need to give the respect enes and Mikey deserve. What other team is going to different countries to show us these amazing listings?Enes is amazing with details, always keeps it professional and appreciates architecture. Mikey’s talent on working a camera and capturing the smallest details, and asking the same questions we may have at home lead us to be educated on certain features in newer homes. We have a lot of canal homes here in Australia too, particularly on the Gold Coast. Not a big fan, as they're very close together (I.e. noisy) and are built on land reclaimed from complex ecosystems. On a more superficial note, I do like the bathrooms in this home.

I also just don’t understand how you could realistically divide this house between 8 owners and feel like you’re getting value for money. You can’t personalize it in any way and you’re presumably constantly fighting for a small window of time that every owner will want to use it throughout the year.

What a picture perfect house! The only thing bothering me is that a neighbour looking out of his window can literally see the inside of the entire house. Apart from this, I have 2 questions. One, doesn't the water from the canal splash over into the house during rough weather? And two, wouldnt it be better to buy the entire property and rent it out for a high price than owning just 1/8th of the house? Cause i feel that it would be a headache to deal with the other owners, especially on negotiating the months one can spend in the house, since no one would want to live here during hurricane and rain season.

Yea, that exactly what I noticed. Walking up the stairs you can see their windows. That means they can see in and ever angle it seemed like that. Over all I don't see that home to be very private. I like style of it and the overall layout. Maybe if all windows had a like a limo tint to them so no one could see in and you could see out perfectly... maybe ?? I also agree, 1/8th house, that is great and all but, might not be the best because you will be fighting for the time as everyone would want to be there during the winter, or the summer...
