Other than the 50mil Mansion that had the tenants in the guest house, this is by far my favourite house you've toured. It's so modern but yet so classic. I don't see my self purchasing this house just because I can. instead, I see myself having a great time living here. it looks like a home and not just a house. On top of that, your excellent delivery skills placed the icing on the cake. This Mansion is like a Rolls Royce. I would never change a single detail. Thank you for yet another wonderful video Enes. Your approach, clarity and knowledge for your work area is unprecedented. This is the sole reason why you aren't just my favourite realtor but you're actually the best.

Spend the $20-50K to fix those side pillars and you will have a easier sale. The other factor is that the colors of the widnows while I actually love, demand a more design confident buyer. Not for the vanilla crowd.

Like I commented on one of your other touring videos, both of you, are really relaxed, you're not pretentious in any way. You show the viewer just how much you appreciate the quality and cost that goes into homes like this, while explaining the types of marble, flooring, cabinets and the finer details in these homes I'll never own. It would be nice in your videos if you went into more detail on maybe one unique thing in that specific home, such as where the marble came from, or what it takes to get this kind of detail in that home.
