Darren.. You win many hearts with this home tour...You cannot deny the beauty of a castle like this one. Not even a Buckingham palace can beat it. I agree with the long nice driveway to get to this place it is Amazing. The backyard to all its worth is a win. Too many to mention but the Exterior had me in awe. The inside just as the same, I really like family room, movie theather & The master bedroom, I absolutely love the attic room, this definitely a cool place for kids, the amount of details really shows.. An amazing home, more like a Royal lodge than a castle. There is nothing castle about it. However its scale and detail is befitting a royal Duke and Dutchess. The blended styles of French country mixed with LA modern is superb!

Lived in woodland Hills and the better parts of the San Fernando valley for years, it's hard to justify a cash outlay for some of these properties, but it's just what's going on.. doesn't make it right but it is what's going on, my pick and pan with this property is the way that the interior was designed, clearly in a stark contrast against the more traditional exterior, is this modern interior design, which simply doesn't work with the house, they should have went with a more intermediate approach would have allowed them to employ sprinkles of modern but introduce contemporary and traditional elements, this is called transitional, that would have been the best way to do that.. It would have been loaded with panache, and always high style. The property is just crammed with sizzles, that's not always the best way to sustain the value of a house, they end up over sizzling it until the thing is just cooked - that's the builder and they ought to know better than that...

Lovely house. The furniture in the living spaces is too creamy (cream-coloured). It really needed to have a bit of colour to break up the monotone of the cream colour.

Why is the master bedroom not in the back of the house with that balcony. The fact they did not add stairs to the attic is a safety failure. If that elevator ever breaks you are stuck or if there is a fire and you are in the attic there is no quick escape. The backyard was amazing, it was my favorite. Again the master should have been placed in the back. I would not want my master to over look the front yard and the street. Just my opinion.

The House is beautiful, but I must say that I dont think its nice when the bigger closet is described as her closet. I mean, what makes people sure that a straight couple will buy this house and not a gay couple? People could just describe as a bigger closet and a smaller closet. Not need to describe as her closet. Its 2024 and its time to update. Maybe a tip fo next time :)

Wonder what percentage of luxury home buyers want a full NBA size basketball court? 5%? That jacuzzi next to the arborvitae is a black widow farm…spiders love the moisture. It’s a magnificent home, but the builder has committed to too many controversial choices that will deter many buyers. I see major design changes in this home’s future!
