Wow I didn't know Bukit Merah has such spacious HDB! Usually the executive units are located further away at places like Mei Ling Queenstown, whereas Bukit Merah View is at the Tiong Bahru vicinity which is more central and convenient. This unique HDB block probably has the largest units in entire Bukit Merah/Central region which is reflected in its million dollar quantum.
