This house, for this league is good value for money. The mistakes are, 1) kitchen too black 2) car pool needs more shelter 3) billiards table needs a bar... All fixable for little cost, & 4) maybe bit far from sea, but worth saving $4-6m for the distance!

2 Points. 1) It is not polite in upmarket English to say Toilet. Loo or Lavatory is better. 2) Ladies would excuse themselves to adjust their make up. (IE Powder their face. Hence going to the powder room.) It is also a euphemism for going to the Lavatory. @@TheMarobrothers
