Wow what utter perfection!! The style of the house, the interior, the layout, the garden. Everything is just perfect. No more glass boxes, give me this everyday of the week! Feels so homey and cozy, it is truly special. This is something people could actually live in and feel comfortable. There is only 1 thing I would change, because I see no mirrors in the master bathroom vanity area and that is the only place where you absolutely need one😅

Thank you for making a tour in this house that has been one of my favorites since it was refurbished 5 years ago. Pricetag back then was 8 mio EUR but I do not know what it sold for. It is a great house. Not much - if anything at all - has been changed since it went on the marked for the first time in 2019. The design team nailed it back then. Today you see lots of houses with the industrial looking windows and doors but I think that back in 2019 this was maybe the first to have this design.

Pretty fun tour with the funny moments. But this one was missing a bit of the classy touch that Dominic brings to the house tour. If you do want to continue doing the tours together perhaps Patrick could present the parts of the house that his more familiar like bbq, gym etc. While Dominic could continue with the rooms, living/ dining room etc. Just a sugestion. Good Luck with this new dynamic!

Beautiful home and I have to agree with Patric on the bar and a great location for a pool table, when you show the pool could you give us the size as a lot of pools on video seem to look smaller than what they actually are. I’m a outside person so the pool area is what would interest me the most if that doesn’t work then there’s no point in looking at the rest of the house, a lot of other people do it the other way around but when your living in a hot climate my way seems to make more sense. Nice to see Patric in front of the camera again and I was a little surprised that this property doesn’t have a elevator for its price, it’s still is a beautiful property though but you can get a lot more for your money if you look around.

Great home looking to be lived in. The outdoor steel cooker looks a bit dangerous, keep the kids away. Love the industrial glass doors, olive tree and the light switches. The views outstanding.
