LOL! The house is so big you have to fast forward your walk from one side of the hosue to the other! That is one gorgeous house with an execptional backyard, and you can always flex by saying "I have two pools in my backyard"

This is a bargain Danny!!! Imagine what outta town friends would say when they enter this home!!! I couldn't care less about privacy, let the neighbor gawk at and see WHAT THEY DON'T HAVE!!! Loved the offsetting dark colors and the Sky Deck!!! And YES to your gym idea!!!

I wouldn't call a $4MM+ tract home a bargain and most people with money prefer privacy. Also I think the neighbors have similar levels of wealth so they're not gazing with envy.

@@Briluvr Please forgive me. I'm an unemployed homeless drug addict AND an alcoholic. I envy my neighbors who have an 8 man tent when all I've got is a blue tarp. And I actually have more than many of my homies. But then again, what do I know. I haven't bathed in over a year and those pools look mighty inviting. In fact, the scum on me is so thick, I can barely move. Such is my station in life but it's the best I can do. Thank you for your comment and setting me straight, I really appreciate kind and generous people like you in this world.

don't be silly. every home in Olympia ridge is nice. I lived there until 3 years ago. then I moved out of the US to a more tax friendly locale. I loved living up there though.

That’s an amazing home. Hopefully there is no HOA because their HOA’s are nightmares. They’re flooding up the court systems so each other homeowners and HOA unfortunately

Really nice house! But not sure why a person would need or want to take care of two pools and hot tubs. It also seems like they could have done a better landscape / hardscape design with the backyard so that the whole neighborhood wasn't staring right at you.

If it were me I would probably hire someone for the frequent maintenance and upkeep, at this price point buyers can afford to do so. I think the two pools would be great for parties and large gatherings, otherwise it’s really just for aesthetic! Water in the desert is a luxury. I agree with you on the landscaping and think there’s some good things that can be done back there to increase privacy🙌😁

As fantastic as the house is, I have to echo the comments on the privacy of the pools and back garden. If it were down to me, I'd be knocking a fair amount off the price to ensure that the privacy issues were taken care of

The pools are next to each other… why are they not connected together? If I purchase this I would change one pool to magnesium and one to salt (the one at the back of the property) then have one heated (the magnesium one)

sorry but one of those rooms is not a bedroom and for the price the buyer shouldn't not have to tare down those shelves to make it a closet like everyone is saying no privacy in the backyard what a waste and i know the H O A is though the roof this one probably going to be on the market for a long min just because of the backyard

Hey Terry! I hear you on the need to change the shelves, by definition it is a bedroom, however they used it as a gym so it was converted a bit. The privacy concerns are valid as I touched on as well in the video! The HOA fee is $752/month for this home. It is currently under contract! Hope you enjoyed the video🙌😁
