Love this house but I’m getting sick of grey, grey has become the new beige like use some color and I understand they do it cause if you go to bold people won’t buy but there are subtle colors that can work in homes.

@@darrenrenfro54 hey Darren! Yes it’s a steep increase. It was just a builder estimate. However the $2.4M is just the base level finishes in the home. Does not include the lot premium, which would be very high for a large strip view lot like this. Also an incredible amount of options and upgrades as well as finished landscaping which adds to the amount. I personally think it’s closer to 6.5-7M😁🙌

Not enough garage. For the price should atleast have 5 garages and another bedroom not to include the office.
