I'm going to critique the house. Everything is boxy Rooms are too small, for the asking price. The shared toilet and shower is a turn off. Wardrobes look like an afterthought there's a lot of wasted space. Doors are also average. It's a budget home. Not a new age home If you visit kitengela there is a las who's done home 19/20m . From entry to bedrooms, you'll wish to take a loan... Great content, keep at it. A silent watcher...

The house is aesthetically beautiful. How about you mention dimensions?? Like the dining area is 10feet by 12 feet instead of being subjective - "the space is big enough....". Leave the subjectivity to the viewer, be objective. Alafu, how do you arrive at the price? Do you just throw a number? Is it cost of construction and 50% margin? I understand it's business but..., that amount needs justification for a someone who has earned their mulla

Your videos are great, but i have one critic to help improve the delivery of quality videos. Kindly ask the guy editing or recording your videos to minimize editing too much content. It affects the flow, thus missing some elements of the house. For instance, we needed to see more video of the exterior finishing of the house during the intro, especially the parking space. The camera guy should record you moving to each space while revealing the house. This allows easy flow of the video and viewers and potential clients will be able to see the entire house details. Ask the camera guy or the one editing your videos to watch one video of EnesYilmezer's channel to understand what i am saying. Anyways, good content as always👌

I've noticed that about many of the real estate content developers. This guy is actually not so bad! Some of them make it all about them, dressing fancy and striking poses all over the house! The worst one I've seen is a gal who films the whole thing herself, but most of the video is one long selfie with her face front and center of the screen and the house she is showing as just a by-the-way!
