Don't like how close you are to the neighbors it almost looks like an apartment block and not an individual houses, finishing is kinda alright 5/10 and the spacing is also ok,plus you got the description all wrong that first room is what should be the formal living room and what is next to the kitchen the family room and dinning area

very strange layout for that price tag 3 out of 5 bedrooms are not unsuited if am not wrong ,too many stairs for one house just imagine grow old hapo ,and what's determines the price location or the built it self

This is to close for the next neighbours, plus if we hear the mafundi from outside what about when all those houses are occupied to much noise, too much stairs layout is not considering the elderly people and those with arthritis issues 😳🤔🙉🙉👎👎👎
