Best part of Miami. You can go jogging at 1am here safely, your girlfriend or wife can walk the dog alone, the plants and trees and flowers. Every property is super unique and beautiful. Nice review of that house. The size of this house is perfect for someone who doesn’t want to live in a box mansion that you see being built in other locations. The extra cottage is air bnb ready. I pass by it everyday while working 😎🥂

Hey my fellow Creator, good job! I watched many of ur travel videos before and glad to see u r transitioning to Real Estate. I watch on average of 5-8 hours of youtube daily and i do make videos myself, but its not about me today, but you! Great job! Very high production value, i can see a future Erik Conover, Enes Yilmazer, or even Ryan Serhant in you. U r close to their level of production value in fact, which is very surprising given that this is one of ur earlier real estate work. Some key issue u may encounter is burnout!. Real estate videos take a toll on creator very quickly. So your next thing u need to learn and to optimize is how to do Pre-production, filming, and post production in an efficient way. Ur quality is already up there, now u just need to learn how not to burn urself out and be able to make consistent video. If u can make 100+ video like this one, or in similar quality, better properties progressively, i think u will make it big!

good video but your microphone is only playing through one channel (one speaker) . the other audio (music) works well through both speakers.
