I have always liked houses with modern design. However, there is something in this villa that touched me. With very few remarks, the internal distribution is exactly to my taste. I really liked the patio with the table. The living room with lots of light and views in all directions - is beautiful. I liked this villa. I liked it, although it has a classic architecture ... Every day I am surprised by myself :)

Guys, you have beautiful videography, and great drone shots. Let me however give you a suggestion: as the presenter enters a room, you should cut to a shot from his perspective. As an example, when he enters the house, the immediate next shot should be from his perspective. The same goes to every other room. It helps with the presentation and allows us to be more engaged and feel like we're there with you.

While many of the properties you feature come a close 2nd this property clips the top position for me as it is modern but holds classic elements still including traditional rooftop tiles and verandas etc. The ceiling panelling is fantastic too as well as those wonderful traditional doors and windows in contrast with some of the more industrial ones. Would have been more appropriate with an iron stair banister instead of glass but who's complaining really. The layout is also fantastic and creates unique areas to experience the house in different ways including being close to a roof top level on the upper veranda for example. Stunning property but not a type you show that much, please show more like this if you can or from the developers if possible. Thank you for a great channel.

Do you not like the kitchen it reminds me of cul-de-sac. Not a fan of the outdoors too much not enough patio top to protect from the UV index. Surprised there's no RV car yard. Everybody needs an RV Courtyard for storage, is there an elevator in this house, if not there's going to be a lot of seniors and paired people car not going to be eligible for this size of a home. Will say it's very neutral inside.
