My wife’s friend owns a home in the Casablanca area, RIGHT IFO THE WATER. Huge property, 4 bedroom main house & small 3 bedroom cottage/caretakers house. The swimming pool overlooks the ocean & the path alongside the beach where all the restaurants, bars & shops are. The property size alone is probably over 10 times bigger than this house’s property size. Stayed there in July 🤩

@@TheMarobrothers It is a beautiful old Andalusian & Moroccan style home, which probably hasn’t been updated much, if at all since built many years ago. I don’t think it would have much appeal, compared to the newer villas.

This isn't the usual modern Marbella style, yet they made it work without feeling like your grandparents would live there. However, the price is a bit tough. I fell like you can get better value for that money with other houses you have shown.

Interesting property with its price reflecting the location rather then the size of the property. Some nice details and layouts but some irritating elements too. No garage, very small pool and doors to the additional bedroom looking only 5’ or 1.6m high meaning you would have to duck your head. Loved the views as you rose up through the house. Another great effort 👏🏼
