Hey Kaleb, I found this spot about 4 months ago and was impressed with the topography (rolling hills), and the Easley floor plan. I went ahead and started my build pre-public price release back in March of this year. As a matter of fact, I saw my build as part of your drone view. Where you were located is phase 1(one). They already started accepting sales in Phase 2(two), which is directly across the street. I believe there will be 4(four) Phases in total.

Hey Kaleb. Happy Sunday. Oversized lots are very inviting cuz some of the neighbors are sardines in a can. Both homes elevation look amazing. 1st home unique floor color. You know I appreciate the 1st bedroom with en-suite and walkin closet. 1/2 bath. Great open concept. Good size pantry. Spacious kitchen. Nook and dining area. Covered lanai. Appreciate the outdoor kitchen. Lovely pergola. Looks like can have it and add a pool. Upstairs. Bedroom/bathroom/laundry/bedroom with en-suite/bedroom/loft bonus space/primary with huge closet, ensuite with huge shower but no linen closet. Amazing home for those that want a 2-story. 2nd home - how is a 1-story more than a 2-story? Lovely sized 2 front bedrooms & bathroom. Huge unique dining space. Open kitchen and living room. Huge primary indeed. Nice en-suite. 2 closets. Like the tub but my bones don’t 😂. Need a linen closet instead. Adorable kitchen & nook. Big pantry. Unique cabinet color. Gas community 🙌🏼. Drop zone /laundry. Bedroom with en-suite. Wow. Long covered lanai with kitchen. Amazing pool. Is it the pool that makes it more? Like both but it’s the 1-story for me. Thanks for sharing 🤗

So Which Would Be Better, Staying In A Cramped Apartment And It's Not Even Yours Of Buy Or Even Rent A House And If You Decide To Buy It?? It Will Be Your Very Own!! That's What I Did!! I will never understand. Asphalt shingles in Florida. I hate wire shelving. Dark shingles absorb heat and come off at 100 kph. Fake flooring. Yuck. I will not live in Florida. Flip flops and one tit”y out.
