Just got back home from Phoenix, despite the heat seriously thinking of making the move. One of my sons lives there and the reward for enduring the heat comes in the fall, winter and the amazing spring. Arizona is one of the best states in the country.

3:04 I’ve lived in Arizona for 35 years, I’ve delivered pizza to some of those houses and it’s a long drive to get their, the biggest tip I’ve gotten in that neighborhood is 9 bucks! I get my biggest tips off the poor rundown houses that are by far closer to my store! I hate when I have to drive to these rich peoples houses, I’ve even got 2 dollar prepaid credit card tips from that same exact mountain!

When you're riding right past PCDS... On Stanford, did you ride the canal in the same section at all? We worked/lived for someone in a home west of school. Trust me, as nice as that all seems there in PV, it isn't. (Maybe from Marion Estates north and west of 32nd St). Everything along the canal, begining at 40th isn't even safe. I use to walk the canal from the Bat Cave east and there was sketchy things going on, people under the abandoned businesses in the parking garages that were very poorly fenced off. People sleeping between the school and the canal. We had a huge police search party in our yard one night looking for a suspect. Party rental houses that play music all night. I know I'm complaining since I was there for over 15 years and saw the decline. Most of those that were there moved for a reason. And like the couple we lived with, some had been there since the 60's and 70's before it became what it is now. Sad to see it happen.

fr... This one because if you want somewhat of a workout you can with this bike. The pedal assist doesn't kick in so fast. That other bike and I really like it but the pedal assist kicks in way too fast so you don't work much at all but it was/is very fast.

I would say the majority are doing well, the cost of living is still less than other places. The homeless population grows every winter due to the migration of the homeless from the colder surrounding states, some return when it gets warm others stay, but the majority are not residents.
