I was done after seeing those huge windows in the bathroom. Absolutely ridiculous.

Great house but those huge windows in the bathroom di the windows have any see through blicking effects?

Great question! Privacy is always a key consideration in luxury home design. Many high-end homes use frosted or tinted glass, motorized shades, or strategic positioning to ensure privacy while maintaining natural light. Thanks for watching-let me know if you have any other questions!

Beautiful…oh wait, they put the tub inside the shower.🤦🏽♀️
@RobertRutkowskiTX9 күн бұрын
I actually think having the tub inside the shower is a great idea! It helps keep water contained, reduces splashing, and makes cleaning up much easier. Plus, it creates a sleek, spa-like feel. It’s definitely a design choice that not everyone loves, but I see a lot of benefits!

High ceilings, oversized windows, open floor plans, Texas summers….all I see are unnecessarily high a/c bills…
@RobertRutkowskiTX9 күн бұрын
That’s a fair concern, but high ceilings and large windows don’t always mean higher A/C bills. I actually own a new construction home here, and my energy bill is about 4x lower than in my older home. The key difference? High-quality insulation and energy-efficient windows. Modern builds focus a lot on energy efficiency, which helps keep costs down even in the Texas heat!
