Thanks for your patience - FYI - I tend to post pix on IG first, see how the audience reacts AND if there are above-average numbers, I recon it might be a good candidate for a video tour. Then I check with the agent, arrange with owner, find a suitable day/time, go shoot, then edit, AND then it gets published. This whole process can easily take 3-4 weeks' time...

Great question - majority of homes are sold WITHOUT furniture. Oftentimes, buyers & sellers will agree on furniture selection on the side (it's cleaner from a negotiation point of view, PLUS including furniture will mean a higher price and more registration taxes to be paid on your furniture, which doesn't make sense).

@mistynights Well, that furniture will be taxed if you include it as PART of a real estate transaction. Hence, better to reduce your price BUT negotiate on the side for the furniture. Two separate deals. Cheers - it’s taken me (still is) a long time to get comfortable walking a certain way, trying to avoid pointing the camera up the tour guide’s rear end as we ascend the stairs, which is why you oftentimes see me doing the backward look/walk 🤓 Thx for the offer - just me, myself and I for the time being.
