I think the "guards"are just for show like the people at Disneyland that wear costumes. They are just there to entertain the tourists.

If only most of these disrespectful tourists and some people in the comments would do research, maybe they would give RESPECT to these Troopers. They spend almost a year in extensive military training. They go through a lot to serve in these positions of honor. They are thought to be among THE BEST in the world. In addition, those horses are WAR HORSES, they are military trained and they have rank just like the Troopers! I live in the States and I have done research and find it to be most interesting. I hope to visit London in the near future and the very first place I will visit will be Whitehall Horse Guards!! I can't wait!!😊

Disneyland doesn't have real animals for the tourists to disrespect. They don't have police officers carrying weapons. They don't have men n women dressed in military uniforms. I've been there several times n never have seen what the videos show.
