Damian you did awesome bro! You always figure something out. That's why i really enjoy watching you fish tournaments. The baits, and the different areas you can pick apart, on just about any lake. Epic, and congrats on a great day. 🛶 🌊 🎣

Pulled the buzz bait out the kitchen junk drawer, next to a bottle opener, some chopsticks and a roll of duct tape. Them rusty hooks will give you lock jaw!

Mr. Damian . . . Great to see you back in tourney action and CONGRATs on a 2nd place finish. Again, no pre-fish / practice and you did well . . . STELLAR Job 🤙! I really enjoyed you sharing your insights, methodologies, and rationale contributing to your success in this tournament as it educates us recreational bass anglers on how to become better bass anglers . . . many "Thanks". On a side note, is your buddy Mr. John, the John Myers who placed 6th? If so, CONGRATs to him for doing well too. Another enjoyed video and will be looking forward to your next one.

Do u prefer the front or back motor ? I have always used the xi3
@dthao92 Жыл бұрын
Depends, if its a shallow fishery and a shallow bite, i prefer the back one. But if i could only have 1 out of the two. I would pick the Xi3

Damian, what knot are you typically using? (and why) My eyes think it's a clinch knot or improved clinch knot.
@dthao92 Жыл бұрын
Not sure of the name of the knot but its basically a modified clinch knot. I tie it because its quick and leaves little to no tag end. It's not a weak knot but rods are low power ratings so i dont have knot breakage issues.
@descantinginsalubrious Жыл бұрын
@@dthao92 Makes sense about the low power ratings. Thanks.

Are you using livescope?
@dthao92 Жыл бұрын
I used it in the morning and only caught 10” fish with it. All my keeper fish came from reading my mapping or beating the bank
