The 1st midlothian home is my favorite but in need of a 4th bedroom and bonus room the Glen Allen home is my 2nd I love the functionality and the North Chesterfield home is ideal great space and my 3rd fav but all the homes and locations are nice.

Crime is high in richmond proper but low in the suburbs. All these place shown here are suburbs that are safe with good schools.

Keep in mind that we only have limited experience in that area, but there isn't much to write home about Ruther Glen. It is right in between RVA & Fredericksburg. Kings Dominion amusement park isn't too far away. Lake Land'or & Lake Caroline are the larger of the neighborhoods that we are aware of but we do not routinely work in those areas.

Houses to rent in Willoamsburg VA

Unfortunately we don't work the Williamsburg area. We only cover Richmond and the surrounding suburbs and some of the rural counties outside of the city. We did a few apartment tour video series for some of the suburbs around RVA but won't be doing any more rental videos, they were honestly a pain to make and schedule with the leasing agents.

I love you guys Channel. However, Virginia such a conservative state yet my family and I want to move there but we want to move in an area that’s highly diverse racially and culturally. No extreme neighborhoods. No trump pence 2020 flags on the front yard, Biden Harris or confederate signs. What are the neighborhoods where people love people and ready to share ideas and cultures? Can you guys create a video for multi diversified and cultural communities?

While you can't pick your neighbors and there are perhaps always some "bad apples" anywhere you go, I would say that the suburbs are a healthy blend political views. I don't think you will find any neighborhood where someone isn't displaying a political flag but again most suburbs covered in our videos are a good balance with nothing extreme. FYI the city is a little more blue and the rural areas are a little more red.

Richmond was the capital of the Confederate States of America and Virginia is definitely still a "purple" state. You'll see Confederate flags here. Also, a lot of "Don't tread on me" license plates. And Biden-Harris bumper stickers. We have cultural diversity, and we have amazing queer culture, but we also definitely also have a diversity of political opinions held in this city and in the state.
