ABSALON some people don’t see it like that. Here in Guadalajara Jalisco Mexico we got a lot, and I mean a lot of old and new cathedrals and temples and I’ve seen people walk to the statues and kiss their feet, kneel before them, lower their head before them and pray to them, then walk backwards in reverence to the statue as they leave. They also leave flowers and poor oil on the statues of dead people that existed long ago. Do you really believe that people have not stumbled in their walk with God because of this? The Catholic Church is an abomination and a stumble unto God’s purpose to save souls. Ignorant people just do what they see others, and those who know better only serve as a stumble unto their brothers. This is not meant to be offensive however I’m sure someone will get upset with what I’m about to say. See, I have a problem with sacred relics. There are many things that are sacred in this world like your relationship with God, your life, your marriage, your children but not inanimate objects. I’m like who keeps bones?
