BTW, I've had the oven for about 2 weeks. Love it for cooking singe meals. I've wasted way too much food in the past and since COVID, have spent way too much money on crappy take-out. That along with "what's for dinner' fatigue and the fact I hate cooking, makes Tovala a WINNER for me! the meals are really good and nothing beats 'scan and start.'

Haven't checked other comments, but your oven tray is not supposed to be used when cooking the Tovala meal plan items. Place them directly on the wire rack.
