Another fun thematic card for the fun version showcase Moraug, Fury of Akoum. He is a Minotaur but has a wonderful art with a full moon type picture and turns green land ramp spells into bonus attacks going multiplicative with unnatural growth.

Honestly, the only non-daybound werewolf I would take is the mayor since he gives +1/+1 to all humans. Other than that I'd avoid the old werewolf cards unless your group is OK making them all daybound instead.

I thought Moonmist wouldn’t work based off the transforming ruling on day bound/nightbound creatures?

Ah yes, I should have mentioned that. Moonmist will only transform the non-Daybound humans. But it still works as a combat trick since they're all werewolves nontheless

I don't think it would work as a combat trick for most of them either would it? The daybound nightbound thing would probably just make it switch back as a state based thing so it'd be a waste unless they do something at the moment that they transform
