I know it says early access on steam but I preordered on PS5 and didn't recall it saying early access. Does this mean it's only early access on steam and full release on console? You'd have thought it would state clearly if it was 'early access'...

Free DLC, they worded it wrong. What they mean by that is basically updates, they are releasing it in early access because they need more funding to keep developing their game
