This will not work on the 99-01 because that rectangle connector isn't there. On the 99-01 the connector is behind the speaker and it's round. Also the 99-01 F250/350 only came with mirror control, no heat or turn signal wiring. This can work "if" you buy a connector adapter for the mirror control. To add heat you have to build a wiring harness to go from both mirrors to the ignition switch, add a 7.5 amp fuse and a heat power switch. To add turn/park switch back lights you have to build a wiring harness to go through the dash and connect to the Steering Cloumn wiring for Turn Signal Lights and to the Headlamp for Parking Lights. Are the mirrors stable when moving at highway speeds? Or do they shake and wobble all over the place making it difficult or impossible to see anything? I had a Mule deer hit my 04 EX and smash rhe stock mirrors. I've been through 3 different brands and all are absolute rubbish and money was not the issue.

Did you not have to wire up the parking and turn signal? Since factory they don't have those functions?

If you have a 99-01 F250/350, for Turn signal lights tap into the turn wires on the Multifunction Switch under the clamshell on top of the steering column. You'll need to remove the ignition key tumbler to get the clamshell off. It's the WHT/LTBLU & LTGRN/WHT wires on the funny looking gray connector. For Park/Running lights you have to pull the Headlamp Switch and Tap into the brown wire on the Grey connector. For all three wires use red wire T-Taps. Hope that helps. Best Wishes n Blessings. Don’t use the rear turn signal wires! Your brake lights will also come through
