Hello Davide! My wife and I are in Salento on vacation and we crossed paths with you today (Thursday Sept. 26) at about 6:30pm. I don’t know if you noticed us, but I am a tall African American male and was wearing a dark blue Real Madrid football jersey. We would’ve stopped and said hello, but you were on the phone at the time. What a chance passing! Anyway, we’ve been watching your videos for a couple of years now and we were embarrassingly giddy with excitement when we say you. We were also in Nardò today and while walking through the centro storico, my wife happened to notice an abandoned office with writing on the windows advertising various real estate services. When we got to the bottom of the writing, we saw the Salento with Love sticker (part of it had been torn away)! I guess that was your old office?

Hi there, you should have stopped me 🙏 glad you are here, you belong to the many hundreds of people that have watched the channel and decided to explore and make sure what I say is true 🤩🤩⭐️ The location in Nardò is part of an old and current project, called “Project Space Salento”, so have been using this space to do some art shows. I like the location so I have kept it, and the plan is to open a little office, rather than leaving it closed. Our office is in Galatone in a very beautiful palazzo Wishing you a great time in Salento

Nardò is the second largest town in the province of lecce, filled with restaurants and bars and an abundance f history, only 2miles away from Santa Caterina, the seaside. Truly an amazing location ⭐️⭐️

indeed a sofa bed and TV in the dining room. This way extra space for sleeping. What about the humidity? Taken care of?

Could easily accommodate a sofa bed! Property on the ground floor will always a little more moisture to deal with, but with the correct heating and cooling the environment can be kept dry and comfortable ⭐️⭐️

@@salentowithlove3314 now that one you did a few weeks ago that was a corner unit and had the large walled garden. That one is the winning ticket for me! I just need to check under the couch for an extra 2-3 hundred grand. Otherwise, it’s going to be another year or two before I’m in the market 🤷‍♂️
