I used to live right across the road (Barker Cypress) from Towne Lake before it was built. The neighborhood is called Canyon Lakes Village. It is a smaller and older section of Stone Gate, and it is actually apart of Houston (77095).

I'm moving to the Towne Lake area and have found Cypress in general to be quite diverse, like most of Houston surburbs (as well as the city itself).
