Another great idea when Gigi is going off to college to invest in a townhouse near campus that gives her free housing and she can have roommates who help pay the mortgage. My husbands boss did this bc it saved them money and it continues now even tho they’ve graduating he’s left it to allow college students to rent.

Omg Tyler we love you so so much, a gentle suggestion to possibly tone down the roundabout repetitive explanations and put out slightly short videos while you guys have so much going on to cut down on time. It’s not that we don’t love hearing your inner monologues, cause we do! More frequent shorter videos would be delightful to keep up with all the haps 😊. And not to add any stress, but I know I’m not the only one excitedly counting down the days to vlogmas. Love you both so much ❤

The title, thumbnail, comments, everything was for townhouse tales. This video. In 2023. But the video that played was the vlogmas where pregnant jessica tried Trader Joe’s olive bites that tasted like bad breath. I restarted my phone and now the video is normal lol.

@1:38 you can see the top trim/border (idk what its called) just stops, and it's kinda wierd lol. I wonder why the previous owners decided to do that?
