Thank you! I always enjoy the learning process, and understanding different seasons of life and different needs has been really exciting for me! I always understood having different seasons, but this year is the first year I have really felt the desire to make huge shifts in what my normal day to day is.

I had shingles for the first time last year.. It started the day we left for vacation and I had no idea what it was for 4 or 5 days and then we weren't home for another 5 days after that. . Thankfully I have some friends that you know some homeopathy and other natural care So I was able to start treating right away without having to go to the doctor. By the time I was able to get in, it was already So much better! It was during a time of a lot of stress- probably from planning the vacation and getting it executed, but also my immune system was really worn down. I had strep throat A couple of weeks after I got home and then I had it 3 months before. I hope that you're on the mend now! (Although maybe I should finish the video and I might find out that you are 🤦🏻‍♀️🤣🤣)
