I love watching how you handle these situations. You are hardworking, always fair, and treat people the best you can. Too many people are entitled these days. I have a 6 yr old son with cerebral palsy, we have a handicap parking privileges... but i only use it when he is in the car. I really appreciate you educating through your videos why it’s terrible to take those spots unlawfully. It probably gets hard to get the hate comments. Sending love for every video.

The problem with HOAs is they have rules and regulations for everyone to follow except themselves! They usually form a tight click and make a break the rules for their own little agendas!

If people would take the time to read their leases and/or rules prior to moving in, that would be half the battle. If you don't like it, don't live there. The rest is stubbornness and entitlement. If a person does not speak English, they should try to get help to interpret for their protection. I'd definately do that if I ever get to live in Poland for awhile. I agree with your statement that non-consensual towing is the key to keeping properties, and parking lots looking a lot nicer. I remember watching documentaries when I was a kid. It was the broken down, busted up cars that made everything look so depressing. 😕 Stay safe, God Bless.
