To ALL the people jumping on Johnny for doing his job: GET A LIFE!!! This man is doing a necessary job required by Landlords due to deadbeat tenants not keeping up their vehicles, parking in lawfully restricted parking spaces, and towing vehicles parked in places not designated as legal parking areas. In other words, Johnny is cleaning up messes people cause on their own due to not being raised right or just by being ignorant. Sometimes your ignorance can cost you money. Learn the laws to save yourself the time, money, an hassle of retrieving your vehicle. Johnny is just doing a necessary job caused by others. He isn't getting rich, and he isn't rejoicing over others troubles. Give the man a break!

Agree 100%. Particularly because the company Johnny works for is an outside contractor. He’s just doing his job, not making the decision of who should get towed. You signed a lease with the property. A lease is a contract. There are terms and conditions in that lease that you both signed. You choose to violate the terms of the contract, that’s on you. Why does no one in America ever take personal responsibility for anything anymore?
@jacintoarzu19392 жыл бұрын
@@mjmcguire8308 because the us doesn’t regulate towing laws ,every state has a regulated drop fee which usually isn’t no more than $60 yet companies up charge with no consequences. Also the towing companies are shady they go too landlords and enforce deals for profit and even with accidents they have deals with collision repair shops too charge storing fees but the law does nothing
@michaelmay79172 жыл бұрын
@@jacintoarzu1939 You're full of BS if you think drop fees are only $60. Drop fees are governed by the state. Tow companies can charge less of they want but not more. Some will charge a standard tow fee also if towed within the city. Anything outside the city there's a standard hook up and mileage after a certain set of miles. Most expensive state I was ever towed in was New York. $235. for a 5 mile tow. Also, many companies have sales reps that go out to increase customers, that's just good business it's not being shady. Also, law enforcement have lists of tow companies that they call on rotation. "IF" you work, I bet your employer has salesmen that go out to increase sales. If not they won't be in business long because someone will out quote the cost.

"I just scraped the sticker off this morning." I just don't understand how so many people seem to think that just removing the sticker means it won't get towed. That sticker isn't a sign to the tow guys to get it (though it obviously helps to more easily identify the cars), it's a notice to the car owners themselves to fix the problem!

Mostly minorities that cause the most trouble. Not being racist, just truthful! Whites argue too, but 9 out of 10 times it’s minorities that either can’t speak English, don’t understand, come out in mass to fight, because they wait until the tow truck arrives to say they have another tow truck coming!
