I'm also handicapped and too many people either abuse placards or just park there without anything at all and they just don't care! Mine has expired and I havnt had a chance to go get a new one but that's my own problem. I don't rain my entitlement down on others by parking there without proper documentation! People who park there and aren't supose to DESERVE to be towed

Before we bought our house, our former apartment complex, watched like a Hawk, the vehicles in the parking lots and the garage. Illegal cars in the parking garage, getting towed quite often. People are nuts, thinking rules don’t apply to them.

My brain would hurt after dealing with stubborn people. I parked at a motel to sneak in and go swimming. My car was gone when I and my friends got ready to leave. My friends got a ride from someone else and left me standing. I had to call my grandfather to get my car. Needless to say that I had to pay him back extra for getting my car. My friends that bailed out in me never got another ride from me!! I never parked in a spot that I wasn't supposed to park again! Grandfathers can put the fear of God in ya embarrassment!! 🙄🤗

Insurance companies will give 2 ”totaled” prices. One is if they take the vehicle, and a lower total if you want to keep the vehicle and sell it for parts, or fix it. I got to keep my ranger, back end damage but it was enough to total that old landscaping truck, for $3100, instead of the $3500 if I’d have let them take it. Heck, the camper shell still fit.

I've been in bad spots myself a few times and my wife and I had to sell jewelry and some of my guns just to buy groceries and pay the electric bill. I've had to work three jobs getting 3 hrs sleep a night just to get out of that hole I was in that in reality I created myself. There's ways out you just have to be willing to do whatever it takes.

First guy seems to have some issues, perhaps an addiction to drugs or alcohol. All that nervous scratching is usually a sign. Second guy’s story is likely legit . Damned insurance companies are brutal. Try not paying them for a month and see how fast they drop you, but they’ll make you wait forever to pay you out hoping you give up. Stay safe Johnny 👍👍🇨🇦
