My aunt's family did what entitled family did in DIFD story, but actually succeeded. They Kicked my orphaned cousins out of the house she built with their inheritance (their mom, other aunt, died of cancer when they were little, aunt adopted them). She is the single most evil human I have ever met, and I've met a killer for hire. Her whole family abused my cousins and kicked them out when they were barely preteens. I'm glad evil aunt died in pain. I wish I believed in hell so I'd have the comfort of knowing she paid for all the horrible things she did. My cousin is currently studying law to try to sue the remaining family. My parents help somewhat but have always regretted not rallying up around my cousins before...

You mean how the rest of the family *FINALLY* rallied around the OP. How come no one really stood up for the OP before? Why did they continually turn a blind eye to the inequity in that house? Considering that I think that this happened in the same time frame as everything else that the OP's immediate family pulled. He needs to go to the police und file a report for trespassing, breaking & entering, destruction of private property, und forgery. The charges need to be levied against, the OP's mother, father, brother und sister-in-law. The OP also needs to call CPS on them. Und if the OP's brother loses his job oh well *HE* brought it on himself. Und even though I partially agree with some of the KZbin posters who had suggested that the OP's immediate family might not have been stopped by a restraining order. Given that there are now several members of law enforcement that are aware of the family history. Und what his immediate family tried to pull with regards to the OP's house. Und that his parents basically admitted in front of those cops what they had done. *IF* anything happened to the OP or their house. Those four would have been the prime suspects. Und for the parents, brother und sister-in-law to play the "think about your niece(s) & nephew(s). They are *NOT* his responsibility. Und where was their family concern when he was literally living on the stree? Und given the entitled attitude that his nephew showed at the Christmas party that not only were they *NOT* invited to, but weren't welcomed or wanted. CPS taking the kids away would be a good thing for kids. Actually I'm surprised that the sister-in-law wasn't already pregnant. As she strikes me as the sort of person who is only going to stop pushing them out, when mother nature finally shuts the factory down. I also absolutely *LOVE* how the OP's parents are *NOT* willing to "do it for Dan," like they kept trying to tell the OP to do.

I love this story of the OP and family, there is actually another updated after this one. Months after the Christmas party the parents came crawling back to OP for help so Dan could get an apartment to which implies that they can’t stand Dan’s wife any longer because they weren’t doing what she says anymore. OP ended up telling them that he can’t help and contradicted any statement Dan said about needing help, but OP confirmed that it wasn’t really that bad of a meet up as he bought them food afterwards before they left

The fact that the nephew came and kicked the original poster trying to defend his mother and claiming that the original poster was a bad person, already tells me that they're poisoning his mind and he is probably going to end up just like his parents, along with his other siblings. His parent spoiled the op’s brother to the point where he thinks mommy and daddy will take care of everything. I still remember the first two stories where he’s like,’ you’re doing this cause mom said so.’ And when he called his parents in the second story like they were gonna be any help against the cops. Seeing OP's family get behind him in Part 3 of Camper-Nomad's story and hearing him gush about the fun times he gets to have with his friends on poker nights at his house is one of the most satisfying conclusions to stories like this. As compelling as the story has been, I really do hope for his sake that this is the end of it and that he never has to deal with his parents, brother and sister-in-law again. But knowing his luck, were he to find love, they'd probably show up uninvited to his wedding, just like they showed up uninvited for Christmas. I mean, no amount of him telling them point blank that he has no brotherly love for his brother stopped them from trying the 'Just do it for Dan!' line over and over. Not to mention the sister-in-law trying her usual whining about how it's 'unfair' that OP gets to live in a spacious house all to himself while she, Dan and their kids have to live with the parents... even after it was made clear by OP's grandmother that nobody was having it anymore. These people just don't listen. No matter how much humiliation they go through every time they're called out and kicked out, they still double down.

Class B Trespassing: Trespassing in someone's home or shelter without permission can result in a 180-day jail sentence and a fine up to $2,000, I would absolutely love Ray Charles, back to the parents, I would have the court (and all odds) stacked against them, like putting a gun to someone's head, except that someone is Dan, and the gun is a fine up to $500. There's no jail time for Class C trespassing. Class B Trespassing: Trespassing in someone's home or shelter without permission can result in a 180-day jail sentence and a fine up to $2,000, and if he and his wife, the sister in law returned again, I would have the police, say, Houston Police, waiting for them, to arrest Dan and the sister in law for illegal trespass, so I won't deal with them, for a while? You can get a single ring camera for under $100, set it on motion in your house. Turn it on when you leave. It will send you a notification if it detects motion. Costs under $50/ year to use. And full timing in an RV is actually very common. We’ve been doing it for 5.5 years. Only because we travel for construction work. In less than 10 years when hubby retires, we will buy a house. It’s very cheap living. No, I don’t want to do it forever, but some people do.

Bro, they should be in maximum-security prison. I don’t care if they’re parents. They clearly cannot be rehabilitated. If I could, I would take away their parental rights and sentence them to 15 years in prison.

I have a family just like that treated me like trash boy but they wanted a piece of my property when I bought it they thought they had a right to just take whatever they wanted and I had to call the cops to get them off of my property and I haven't had nothing but trouble from them since

You should have a “Best Of” channel where you get the best and reoccurring stories from your channels and put them in one video. “Do It For Dan” is an obvious favorite but hard to find with all the content you make.

I cannot believe the audacity of the first story OP'S family. After watching through the OP'S entitled and toxic family first try to force the OP to give their house to their golden child and his family after treating the OP so horribly throughout their childhood then not helping them when they were homeless and then try to break into and steal the OP'S house after being told no and the police having to be called. How many times does the OP'S family have to be told that no they are not getting anything from the OP before it gets through their thick skulls that they have to leave the poor OP alone.

I know that the original poster from story 1 probably won’t read this, but he should’ve pressed charges when he had the chance. I understand the reluctance because of the children, but as a student studying psychology and having independently studied childhood development, I would have pressed charges FOR the children. A child raised by crazy/entitled parents will generally develop mentally in one of two ways: The child is embarrassed by their parent’s behavior and rejects that behavior, becoming good people. Or The child copies the parent’s behavior and ends up as bad as (if not worse than) their parents. The latter outcome is far more common. Meaning that the parents, being bad influences, could actually ruin their kid’s lives in the long term if allowed to get off scot-free. I know that this likely seems cold, and I understand OP’s decision. Huge respect to OP for escaping that environment and keeping their head on straight for it all. PS, sorry for any errors and lack of specific data, I’m writing this on my IPhone while sick. Usually I’d try to be a bit more professional with this sort of comment to not seem like a jerk or an idiot.

Sad a person doesn't feel love from his own parents but I understand somewhat. I know how hard it is to buy a house but to have your immediate family try and take it? I hope this man finds a wonderful woman and has children to love and happiness forever. Some of his family loves him unconditional, thank goodness.
