It took me 60 of my 65 years to figure out what was destroying my health. And thanks to people like RFK jr. And others I figured out what was killing me. My mother god rest her soul had no idea the items she was feeding me off the grocery store shelf juices " fortified with vitamin C" cereals with bla bla of gov recommended daily requirements and worst of all for me too many processed juices like Haw punch sweet grape juices and because of that I drank very very little water.

Me too. 73 and my oldest child is 45. When he was born, I was involved in the real food movement here in the UK. The Soil Association has been going in the UK for decades, insisting that what goes in to the soil will harm us. Obvious really. But my point is that I was dismissed as a sandal wearing hippy. Back in the 80’s my kids were very hyper active. For a new mother I was going crazy. I had never heard of hyper activity. My neighbor told me that’s what my kids had bc her grandchild was diagnosed as hyper active. She’s the one that told me to get the kids off of all sugar and food colorings and make everything homemade. No processed foods at all. So I did! I started homesteading 17 years ago. I gradually built up the range of what I can produce, store and maintain to have a year round production. Then I eliminated most supermarket purchases and chose local organic producers for flour etc... God put it on my heart a few years ago to establish a small farm in the Southern Missouri Ozarks to have quality food for my friends and family, as well as the local community; so that is what I have done. I have completed most of the infrastructure, and it will be very efficient when I begin planting in the Spring of next year. What better legacy is there than to provide quality/wholesome food to my children and their families for years to come. Aside from the fresh air, daily exercise, and peacefulness of being surrounded by thousands of acres of national forest I will enjoy the produce, meats, and fruits (for my cobblers). I would encourage others to decide this day to right their ship before it is too late and to learn to grow things on a small scale first. I have been a fan of his organization "The Children's Health Defense" for several years. I am a Special Ed. teacher and I can't even begin to say how appalling the diet is in our school system (in the southern USA). It is all sugar/food dyed based cereals, and lunch is no better with processed foods. I see children's behavior change right before my eyes and it is so hard to watch the next generation coming forth when they have the govn't against them...also talking fluoride in the water, the amount of required vaccines are through the roof, and other components we know is affecting our children. They ate in over 20 different locations in 2 weeks and said the food tasted fake and plasticky. Based on everything we've been taught our entire lives + nutrition classes, etc.. I told a friend they were absolutely NUTS when eating out & having a burger alone. No bun, no sides, extra bacon, no toppings, nothing. That they were on a quick road to heart attack, high cholesterol, stroke, etc etc. They kept saying, "30 days... I'm telling you, 30 days... everything changes! Your taste buds, how you feel, EVERYTHING". I shook my head & after a while, told myself... no matter what, 30 days alone wouldn't kill me. I could go right back to how I was eating, no problem & stubbornly.. prove them soooo very wrong!". What a blind fool I was. Well, I had to not only apologize to that friend, but here I sit, 1 YEAR later... in the best health I've EVER been. Sleeping better, weight loss, inflammation & aches/pains I thought were natural & aging.. gone! Best of all, 26 year T2D & for the first time.. very normal, if not below... double digit (never before seen numbers, no matter what!) readings & UNMEDICATED. The first week, almost gave up prob 10 times & ate more super crispy bacon than I'd care to admit just to get through... but it showed me just what's in processed foods/seed oils, etc.. intended to keep us buying, keep us addicted to them. Flipped everything I thought I knew, upside down. After that first week of withdrawal & my body changing from utilizing carbs/sugar for energy & now... fats/protein, phew.. it's like a light-switch flipped. Those other things aren't even tempting anymore & honestly, look gross. Low to no carb/sugar & BBBE is how I will eat forever. Meats/seafood/beef, bacon, butter, eggs, water, quality salt. That's IT. Have never had better bloodwork, blood sugar readings, have NEVER felt better EVER... so much energy, mental clarity, zero digestion issues & turned 52 this year! No high blood pressure, no issues with cholesterol & CAC screening = scored ZERO! Seeing clearly, we've been lied to & marketed to, misled.. for far too long! Our entire lives imho!

Yep I learned the hard way. Did what the doctor told me and deprived myself (calorie restricted) and lost some but ALWAYS hungry. Been on and off keto for a few years now, the carbs still lure me back from time to time, however when I eat healthy (read NOT what the govt says is safe), I lose weight, have more energy and take WAAAAY less pharmaceuticals. While I truly respect the Carnivore/Keto community. I must offer caution for a number of reasons. Going from one radical to another is never a good solution for your mental health. I entertained both of these diets and ended up with an eating disorder that lasted 2 years. Humans have a 2.5 million year evolution. While I do think that red meats and animal fats are relatively good and necessary for human health. I must say that entirely cutting out or minimizing carbohydrates to less than -50g per day may be problematic. I experienced carb crashes all the time, but then immense emotional episodes when I was restricted to protein and fats. I actually found out that I had a pancreatic disorder where I wasn't producing enzymes in large enough quantity to digest normally. I began taking an enzyme/bile supplement and over a week began to see phenomenal changes. I quit (intermittent fasting) and obsessions with protein/fats and began to eat small meals (2-3 a day) and my health returned to what it used to be. I will say that avoiding seed oils and ultra-processed foods is also paramount to staying healthy as well. I think the average American ought to eat more animal fats and unprocessed red meat. However, becoming obsessive is equally problematic.

Dr. Campbell, thank you for showing Bobby talking about this. He's been passionate about it for years. I'm amazed when I see what some parents feed their children. Processed junk with carcinogenic dyes, tons of sugar-laden snacks, and not enough nutrient dense foods. Add to that the mainstream laundry products containing ingredients which are on the EPA's list of hazardous substances (and are designated as being even more toxic when heated), easily absorbed by the children's skin through their clothes. Not to mention a rushed/crunched schedule of vaccines. Add to all this a lack of enough Vitamin D, since many kids are indoors a lot on their phones or playing video games. And people wonder why there's been an onslaught of kids' allergies, lowered immune systems, and autism/neurological issues for the past couple of decades. I don't think there's a big mystery here.

In Januray of this year I decided to try something. I cut out all processed sugars (natural sugar from fruits are fine, in small amounts) and I cut out all highly processed foods. I didn't change anything else. I didn't start doing more sport. I didn't downsize my meal portions. I didn't touch low-fat products. I just cut out all unnatural sugars and all highly processed foods. So far I have lost 14kg of weight. And just a few weeks into it, it felt like my mind expanded, as if a thick layer of cotton had been removed from around my brain. My thoughts are clearer. I have more energy. I sleep so much better. I feel so much better. It's difficult, I tell you. It was damn near torture, the first few weeks, with sugar cravings like you wouldn't believe. But I'm so thankful that I managed to power through. It's worth it, friends. Try it. It will change your life.

He's still running for president. He's going to appear on all of the state ballots except for the swing states. What he's doing right now in all of these interviews, he is campaigning. He has the biggest audience he's had since he started his presidential campaign 16 months ago and he's running with it. He hasn't dropped out of the race and has no intentions of doing so. He doesn't need to. Besides deeming up with Trump is just a gentleman's agreement that the two of them will never allow Kamala Harris to get into the White house. If you’ve ever had a dog put onto a healthier food, not packaged type that you’d find in regular stores, you would see such a dramatic change. Then you’d know how important healthier eating is. I watched a dog with bad skin allergies that the vet had not been able to help after trying everything, completely change and look like a different dog after the owner started making homemade food. In six months it looked like a completely different dog with a beautiful thick shiny coat and no more allergies. It lived much longer than all its litter mates too. People need the same high quality food, not processed.

I have friends with goat that make and give me the butter. but if you have a big supermarket near your place, one very good option, in my opinion, is dodoni goat butter, (Δωδώνη in greek). They have also cow butter. Their goat butter is very very good. The soft one in the paper package. I think they have also one in a glass package. for me the paper better.

Goat and sheep dairy are awesome. Goat gouda has K2 and taurine, all sheep and goat yogurts have taurine, and are naturally high in vitamin A. Americans should not consume cow dairy. It's too hard to find wholesome dairy based on cow's milk in the US. Just find non-GMO goat and sheep dairy.

And unless you plan on growing your vegetables on Trump's Golf Course lawn then I wouldn't be too concerned. Golf courses are small change in the scheme of pollution compared to the military industrial complex which Kennedy is actively convincing Trump to dismantle. He's got him ending the war in Ukraine in a sensible manner and has also convinced him that we need to close many of our military bases and use that money for the betterment of Americans here at home. Correct! My then GP was horrified at my "really dangerous" low carb/keto diet and predicted dire consequences. Nineteen years later and I'm still alive and still lacking all my previous symptoms and off all my drugs. It's not like I'm exactly alone in this but only a very few doctors would believe me. When I die of old age it will be blamed on "not eating enough wheat".
