Making the change was very hard but so worth it. I feel so much better than I have ever felt since my ms diagnosis. Literally feeling my symptoms go away.

Very informative. It's amazing how my cog fog and funky mood dissipates when I cut out inflammatory foods like cookies, snacks, ice cream, bread containing gluten, sugary homemade goodies, etc. Hydration is a big challenge for me given bladder issues. Love your passion. Thanks 😊

I use the air fryer alot, microwaves change r food. Dehydrator too is a way to make chips too❤

Any thoughts on salt & MS? Some people say it’s not an issue, but I’m not so sure - many things that affect cardiac issues also affect MS. Or a video, maybe?

That is an excellent question! There are conflicting reports on salt. The most recent seem to indicate that a healthy diet without excess sodium is not a problem for people with MS. That said, the standard American or western diet is typically high in sodium. I try to keep mine low by sticking with whole foods and only salting at the table. I will definitely consider a video on it.

What do you recommend for milk alternatives? I use a lot of Almond and Oat milk. I avoid those with added sugar and oils but most have Gellan gum or similar and emulsifiers?

Most plant milks are considered processed. I do use almond milk sparingly and we make our own oat milk with just oats, vanilla, and water.
