Sometimes I forget Mafioso is unique. Unique roles typically only come into play for claim space since Amnesiacs don't usually have to worry about unique roles, as no other faction does promotions. Imagine being in a game, someone claims Mafioso, and then someone CC's their Mafioso claim.

@@BlueberryCats_ Mafioso is unique, you can see more than one in the graveyard though because when a Mafioso dies, a non-killing Mafia role is promoted into a Mafioso. At any given moment there can only be one Mafioso, but it is possible to see more than in the graveyard. Because of that, I often forget it's unique.
