With the original pop version, so much potential of this song was buried, but the producers wanted it like that. We can consider ourselves lucky to have witnessed THIS OUTSTANDING version of the song. I would like to know what Britney thinks of the arrangement itself as well as the performance of Melinda. I really love this version, while being indifferent to the original.

This is yet another "artist" (like Haley or Casey) who received rave critical acclaim yet refused to dumb down their performance. No need to show the words - her clarity is her hallmark.
