Personally I wouldn't have called it a fail as I think the inspo to outfit combined with the (attempted) vlog part actually worked and made the video really interesting, I know your pain with the liquid latex. I used to use a lot of copydex when I made newspaper sculpture in art, it's the same smell as liquid latex. I can't use liquid latex (or copydex) anymore because the smell makes me retch.

I went to a MM concert in the mid-1990's wearing something very similar! I had black electrical tape on my chest instead of a proper top also, it was fun to be able to wear something so revealing for a night. Although I entered the death-rock/goth scene in the early 1980's, I wasn't in the habit of going out with no proper top on on a regular basis, haha. But it was super fun once in a while for a night out! At the time I went to this concert I worked at a place that sold liquid latex, so we incorporated that into our outfits a lot. It had just become available to the public so it was all the rage! I am still in the scene but these days I wear more street goth/dark avant garde mixed with what I would call "comfort goth". Somewhat similar to Jakes looks but toned down. I am now 51 so I rarely go clubbing or even out of the house, but I always make an effort to look put together.

This was my favorite video I have seen you do in years. Partly because it feels very relaxed and real. I also enjoyed seeing you try a style I had never seen you wear. I'm actually a drag performer, and my very first performance, I did tape like that and wore a harness as my only top, with faux leather pants and knee high combat boots. So I totally get your style and like "is it too much.", and I remember taping all the time! I'm actually honestly going to be taping a bit more so I don't have to wear a bra over summer.

I really enjoyed this video! I actually loved the kind of hybrid inspo/vlog/general chattiness format. For next time definitely would be great to see the outfit in more detail with close up detail shots as well as full body shots. Like doing it in the order inspo, outfit building, make up, outfit shots, then vlog of the day/night you wore it would be a great format! Or have the vlog part as a separate video if it's a big one. I really love this concept! I think once you implement those changes that you learned from filming this video (giving yourself enough time, etc.), this will be a really awesome video series. Can’t wait for the next one~ Also I like the fact that in the thumbnail, we got a sneak peak of the outfit and the music inspo. Even if you change up the formatting, having those two elements in every thumbnail (partial outfit and music cover) will make this series stand out from your other videos~
